Dear colleagues,
I thought you might be interested in a report published by the McMaster University Faculty Association (MUFA) giving the results of a survey of McMaster faculty members on university IT, focussing on workload, privacy, academic freedom, collegial governance, and intellectual property. (I am a member of the committee that conducted the survey and wrote the report.)
In a nutshell, MUFA members are concerned about university IT decisions across all the five areas we examined. Hopefully the report will provide recognition/confirmation that many of the concerns individual faculty members may have are shared concerns.

If any of you are interested in the topic of university of IT and would like to share information, please feel free to be in touch.
Thank you!
Sara
