Dear colleagues,

At our 2021 Annual General Meeting, the executive proposed to modernize CCA by-laws to allow for members’ meetings to occur online, outside of the framework of the annual AGM in exceptional circumstances. In the ensuing months, the executive, in consultation with the board, has proposed amendments to the CCA by-laws that aim to achieve this goal. The by-law document with proposed amendments is attached and can also be accessed on the CCA website:

The CCA membership will vote on these proposed amendments at our 2022 AGM. Looking forward to seeing you at our annual conference!

Lors de notre Assemblée générale annuelle de 2021, l'exécutif a proposé de moderniser les règlements de l’ACC pour permettre aux réunions des membres d'avoir lieu en ligne, en dehors du cadre de l'AGA annuelle dans des circonstances exceptionnelles. Dans les mois qui ont suivi, l'exécutif, en consultation avec le conseil d'administration, a proposé des modifications aux règlements de l’ACC visant à atteindre cet objectif.
