Speed LinkedIn Review
The Speed LinkedIn Review is an exciting opportunity presented to you by the APEGA Student Liaison Committee. This event offers you a chance to communicate with industry professionals and obtain feedback from them regarding your LinkedIn profile and how to make it shine!
There are two sessions being offered that consist of five 10-minute rounds that will allow you time for discussion with five different professionals via zoom. Spots are limited, so please sign up for your preferred session. Please do ensure that your LinkedIn profile is up to date prior to the event.

How to Stand Out as an International Student
As an international student/professional, it can be hard to stand out at times due to the disadvantages of being a foreigner. As the APEGA Student Liaison Committee, we have recognized these disadvantages and put in place a group of panelists who have walked in your shoes and come out on top to speak on what it takes to stand out as a foreigner.

Ivan Finlay Leadership Award
The Ivan Finlay Leadership Award recognizes Alberta university engineering and geoscience students who demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities. Students who are enrolled in engineering, geology, or geophysics undergraduate or graduate degree program in Alberta. Graduate students must also be either a member-in-training or applicant with APEGA.
There are up to 10 awards available, and each prize amounts to $1000.
