**The 4 ticket per student limit is on a first come first serve basis only. This is not a guarantee.

**Due to the extreme high demand of this dinner (as of today, 959 tickets have been spoken for!!), please let us know as soon as possible if you do not need the tickets you have on hold. If we do not receive payment for your tickets by Thursday March 6th, your tickets will be released. (Paid tickets will receive a confirmation via email. If you did not receive this please email ess at ucalgary.ca<mailto:ess at ucalgary.ca>)

**And to be fair to all students, if you require a refund, this must be done before 3:00 pm Wednesday March 12th in ESS. Tickets can not be sold to other students. If you do not appear on the registration list, you will not be allowed to enter the dinner.
