TO ALL SPRING 2014 GRADUATING STUDENTS:

 

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

SPRING 2014 IRON RING WORKSHOP AND CEREMONY

 

 

We would like to inform you that the sign-up and ring sizing for the SPRING
2014 Iron Ring Workshop and Ceremony will begin on Monday , February 10th,
2014 at the Engineering Undergraduate Studies Office (ENC 204). Please note
that this ceremony is only for undergraduate students who will have
completed their degree requirements by April 30th, 2014.

 

The sign-up will be available until Friday, February 28th, 2013. The
ceremony, workshop and luncheon will be held on Saturday, March 22nd, 2014,
at The Calgary Tellus Convention Centre, 136- 8th Avenue SE, Calgary.

 

If you are unable to sign-up in our office, the following information can be
emailed to us at engginfo at ucalgary.ca so that we can sign on your behalf:

 

1.	Name (how you would like it to appear on your certificate) 
2.	Whether you will attend the workshop and or luncheon 
3.	Ring size of your dominate hand (you can go to any jewelry store to
have your pinkie/little finger sized) 
4.	Student ID number
