TO ALL GRADUATING STUDENTS:

 

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

            SPRING IRON RING WORKSHOP AND CEREMONY   

 

 

We would like to inform you that the sign-up and ring sizing for the SPRING
2013 Iron Ring Workshop and Ceremony will begin on Tuesday February 5th,
2013 at the Engineering Undergraduate Studies Office (ENC 204). Please note
that this ceremony is only for undergraduate students who will have
completed their degree requirements by APRIL 30th, 2013.

 

The sign-up will be available until Thursday, February 28th, 2013. The
ceremony, workshop and luncheon will be held on Saturday, March 23rd, 2013,
at The TELUS Convention Centre, 120 - 9th  Avenue SE, Calgary.

 

If you are unable to sign-up in our office, the following information can be
emailed to us at  <mailto:engginfo at ucalgary.ca> engginfo at ucalgary.ca so that
we can sign on your behalf:

 

1.	Name (how you would like it to appear on your certificate) 
2.	Whether you will attend the luncheon and / or workshop 
3.	Ring size (you can go to any jewelry store to have your
pinkie/little finger sized) 
4.	Student ID number 

 

Please also remember to apply to graduate via your PeopleSoft Student Centre
if you have not done so.
