[ENCI-l] Student Use of 3rd Floor Classrooms

It has come to my attention that some third floor "F" block classrooms 
(ENF 304, 308 and 312) have been used without being booked.
I have also received complaints from instructors that rooms have not 
been left in a state fit for teaching.
*If you have not booked a room with me* *you should not be in there. 
*Come see me in the Civil Engineering office and I will do my best to 
help you out.
If you have booked a room, please make sure it is tidied up (desks are 
put back in rows, garbage cleared up, lights turned off etc.) when you 
are finished* regardless of whether you made the mess or not.
*Unfortunately, a few thoughtless bad apples may increase restrictions 
on student use of these rooms so please do your part in keeping these 
rooms available:

1) Book rooms with me before you use them. Even if a room seems vacant, 
it may be reserved for someone else.
2) CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELVES AND YOUR LESS TIDY COLLEAGUES
3) Shut the door when you're finished with the room so unauthorized use 
is prevented.

I understand that most of you already respect the rules and truly 
appreciate it. However, those who neglect to do the right thing may ruin 
it for everyone.
Let's do our part to make our department and its resources amenable and 
pleasant for all.
