To all graduating students:

 

 

Important Announcement: Spring Iron Ring Ceremony

 

 

We would like to remind you that the sign-up and ring sizing for the Spring
2010 Iron Ring Ceremony will begin on Monday, 25 January 2010 at the
Engineering Undergraduate Office (ENC 204). Please note that this ceremony
is only for undergraduate students who will have completed their degree
requirements by the end of April 2010.

 

The sign-up will be available until Friday, 19 February 2010. The ceremony,
workshop and luncheon will be held on Saturday, 13 March 2010, at the Telus
Convention Centre.

 

If you cannot make it to our office, you can phone or e-mail us with the
following information so that we can sign on your behalf:

 

1.	Name (how you would like it to appear on your certificate) 
2.	Whether you will attend the luncheon and / or workshop 
3.	Ring size (you can go to any jewelry store to have it sized) 
4.	Student ID number 

 

Please also remember to apply to graduate via your PeopleSoft Student
Centre.

 

Note: Please do not send your inquiries to this mailbox as this is not set
