[ENCI-l] Program Sign-up

Hello Engineering Undergraduate Students,

Students who want to apply for Minor in Entrepreneurship and Enterprise
Development (MEED), change of program within Engineering and engineering
minors will sign up via myUofC portal from April 7, 2008 (Monday) until
April 30, 2008 (Wednesday).

Deadline to submit your program selection online is April 30, 2008.
Failure to do so may result in your request not being considered.

Please refer to the attachment on how to access the Engineering Program
Selection system (EPS).

For students applying for a change of program, you can rank up to 3
choices of major programs and can apply for MEED as well.

For students in year 3 and higher level, you can sign up for a minor
applicable to your current major program.

For students who are considering going on Internship next year, we
strongly recommend you to apply for Engineering minor of your choice
unless you are absolutely certain that you will be on Internship next
Fall.

For students who are returning from Internship, please apply for
Engineering minor of your choice even though you might have applied for it
last year.

Petroleum Minor in year 4 Chemical Engineering will be available for sign
up last time in:
April 2010 for students returning from Internship
April 2009 for students who do not complete the Internship program

Please make sure to click on the “SUBMIT” button to confirm your
ranking/choices and print a copy of your ranking/selection report for your
records.

VERY IMPORTANT - You must press "SUBMIT" after you have completed your
ranking/choices, otherwise the recent information you have entered will be
lost.
