[ENCI-l] International Internship(Research) opportunity

*UPCOMING DEADLINE:  MARCH 15, 2008*

*Students interested in an internship/research opportunity* at one of 
the top engineering programs in Germany should read the following 
information.

The *Technical University of Darmstadt (near Frankfurt, Germany) is 
accepting applications for the International Research Experience Program 
(IREP).*

The 16 week program consists of 6 weeks of german language courses and a 
10 week research project.

The program can be taken from
*SEPT 1 - DEC 21 2008 (APPLICATION DEADLINE MARCH 15, 2008)*
or from
*JAN 15 - MAY 15, 2009  (APPLICATION DEADLINE  SEPT 15, 2008)*
or possibly both.

2-3 years of completed undergraduate work is required, and a GPA of 3.5

Participants will gain valuable work experience, and potentially credit 
towards their internship program or engineering degree program.
