[ENCI-l] Volunteers needed for Mon Feb 11

We are in need of volunteers for the first year presentations.  Please 
take a look below of what is needed and if you can volunteer we would 
greatly appreciate it.

 Monday (Feb 11) evening is the first year program presentations (where 
the depts make their pitch to the first years and try to promote their 
program). 
We are looking for volunteers to "man" the booth between 5 pm and 9 pm
Volunteers would answer questions to any interested students about civil 
engineering and what makes it better than the rest so an enthusiasm for 
civil engineering is required!!
Volunteers will be fed, and will be entered in a draw for a $50 book 
store gift card
Students are welcome to stay the entire time, but we'd also accept 
volunteers in 2 hour shifts
We thought you guys would be good reps of the dept since the are 
currently Civil undergrads
