[Engg-enci-l] ATTN: Graduating students - reminder to sign up for Iron Ring

Graduating students,
Iron Ring sign up will run until Friday November 2nd at 12pm. Students who
miss this deadline will not be able to participate in the November 2007
Iron Ring Ceremony (No Exceptions). The November 2007 Iron Ring is only
for those students who completed their degree requirements over the
Spring/Summer session, or who will be competing them at the end of
December 2007.

If you are unable to come in in person please e-mail engginfo at ucalgary.ca,
with:

    * your name
    * ID#
    * ring size (for your pinkie)
    * how you would like your name to appear on your Iron Ring certificate
    * and whether you will be attending the luncheon and/or workshop

Please note that the Undergraduate Studies Office is closed on Wednesdays.
Please keep this in mind if you are still wishing to sign up.
