SUBJECT: Inter-Departmental Swim-A-Thon

Get your swimsuit and goggles ready, it’s time for the 1st ever
Inter-Departmental Swim-A-Thon!

To celebrate the friendly rivalry between Departments and to work off
those pesky Midterm pounds (and have fun while doing it), the departments
have orchestrated a Swim-A-Thon. The goal: to raise as much money for
charity by swimming the most laps as possible in one month. Departments
compete with each other by collecting the most money and swimming the most
laps!!

Each team must have a minimum of 2 members (one faculty) to a maximum of 5
members (one faculty). Team members must swim 1 lap per 25¢ donated!

This month-long charity fundraiser goes from November 1st - November 30th!!.

To participate: please email your respective department by Wednesday
October 30th

To donate: place dollars/quarters/nickels/pennies in your department’s jar
at either ESS (ENB12) or the Departments Offices.

All proceeds go to the Vocational Rehabilitation Research Institute (VRRI)
and their Recreation programs!!

Keep track on the swim-score board, located outside ESS. A trophy will be
presented to the winning department at POETS on Friday November 30th!
