PLEASE FORWARD TO ALL 4TH YEAR STUDENTS

ESS is looking for a Graduation Director. He/She invests 15 to 25 hours 
of his/her time and reports to the VP Events. The Graduation Director 
must also be in his/her last year of studies at the Schulich School of 
Engineering and is responsible for the following:

    * Recruiting one representative from each department – i.e. Civil,
      Geomatics, Chemical, Electrical and Mechanical;
    * Managing goals of graduation committee;
    * Coordinating all programming at Grad ceremony;
    * Booking Venue;
    * Promoting Grad; and,
    * Coordinating the Professor awards.

Applications are due by November 1 and can be dropped in at the ESS 
office (ENB 103).
