PART TIME POSITION WITH THE STUDENTS’ UNION FOR ENGINEERING STUDENTS!

The Students’ Union is looking for a Schulich School of Engineering
representative to sit on the 65th Students’ Academic Assembly (SAA).  As
the Engineering Representative, you will have the opportunity to represent
and advocate for students within your faculty.  As well, you have the
chance to represent students to U of C administration on many committees
and also plan and participate in SU events.

The SAA is a body of the Students’ Union comprised of 13 faculty
representatives, four academic commissioners, the Vice President Academic
and the President that deals with university academic issues and policies
that affect students.  As well, it plans faculty and university wide
events to help raise awareness about academic issues that affect students
and improve student life at the U of C!

Faculty representatives attend SAA meetings every second Monday evening
and are eligible to receive up $400/month in honoraria.
