[Engg-enci-l] Deferred Examination Documentation Deadline

Hello Undergraduate Students,

If you missed a final exam, tomorrow (*May 2nd, 2006*) is the 
_*deadline*_ to submit your application and documentation to our office 
(ENC 204).

The acceptable reasons for final exam deferral are as follows:
1) Illness - your application must be submitted with a physician's statement
2) Family Emergency - you must provide appropriate documentation
3) Religious Circumstances - you must provide appropriate documentation

Applications received after May 2nd will not be considered.

Please note that Engineering cannot approve deferred final examinations 
for courses offered outside of the faculty (ie: Math, Amat, Physics, 
Chemistry and Complementary options).

Our office hours are: 10:00-12:00 and 1:00-4:00
