[Emsan-l] EMSAN database structure proposal

Hi Kevin,
Though there wiki got spammed, I'm confident of their research.
The question is if Prof Huang is up for the task. On the other hand, there's
no reason this project must pursue cutting edge database stuff. Not critical.
