Sorry about the delayed newsletter and how short it is...it's that time of
year. GOOD LUCK ALL!

1. ASA Talk - Tonight at 7:30 PM at ES 162 - Lindsay Amundsen-Meyer -
Nested Landscapes:Ecological and Ideological Influences on Late
Prehistoric Site Patterning

2. Scavenger Hunt - Please have you and your team signed up by Thursday
5pm. The fun begins on Friday at 4:45pm - Please meet at the Stone Desk
(1st floor of the Earth Sciences building in front of the elevators) so we
can move to the starting location of the Scavenger Hunt. The hunt itself
begins at 5pm sharp!

3. Calgary Society for Mediterranean Studies - Please see attached.

4. Friday,  April 5 - Calgary Society for the Study of Egyptian
Antiquities (SSEA) presents Dr. Nancy Lovell from University of Alberta,
Dept. of Anthropology,  with a lecture on “Death, Decay, and Dentists in
Early Ancient Egypt” At Room EDC 287, University of Calgary, at 7:30 PM. 
Members free, Non-members $5

5. Chacmool Office Hours - Until the end of the semester, Chacmool
executive office time will be available only by appointment. Please send
us an email or call at 403-220-7120 if you wish to meet with us.

6. Elections for 2013/2014 Chacmool Executive - Executive sign up sheets
will be posted outside the Chacmool office (ES 826) on Friday March 22nd.
Elections will be held APRIL 5th. Voting will be from 9 - 3pm that day.
