[Chacmool-l] Chacmool General Meeting

Greetings Chacmool club members

There will be a general meeting for the Chacmool club Tuesday February 2nd
at 5:00
PM in ES 859. Many things will be discussed such as:

Upcoming Chacmool events
Chacmool elections for 2010/11
Handing out of SU cards.

Any other subject can be brought up by members for discussion.
It should not be a very lengthy meeting, and some executive members are
undoubtedly
going to be heading to the Den after, everyone is invited to that as well.

Also if anyone wants to help out doing a Conference Poster for 2010, this
will be discussed at the meeting as well.
