Title: Characterizing the simple fibration
Abstract: The simple fibration on a cartesian category,
and its generalization to the simple fibration above a
fibration with fibered products are explored.  Following
the work of Hermida and Street, the simple fibration is
characterized on a cartesian objects in a bicategory with
weak products
