Pour rappel : nous vous invitons à prendre connaissance de l'appel à communication pour le colloque international “Visibilisation, luttes et représentations du féminicide : perspectives transnationales”, porté par le Gresec<https://gresec.univ-grenoble-alpes.fr/> et par la Chaire Unesco en communication internationale<https://gresec.univ-grenoble-alpes.fr/chaire-unesco>. L’appel complet, les axes thématiques et les modalités de soumission sont en pièce jointe. Les propositions peuvent être réalisées en français, anglais, espagnol ou portugais. La soumission des propositions va jusqu’au lundi 20 juillet 2026.

Sont attendus des travaux en Sciences de l’information et de la communication et, plus largement, en Sciences humaines et sociales, s’intéressant aux problématiques du féminicide dans des contextes régionaux, transrégionaux, nationaux ou transnationaux. Ces problématiques peuvent émerger et être questionnées au sein de différents champs sociaux (santé, politique, éducation, communication et médias, art, etc.). Les travaux doivent s’inscrire dans l’un des axes principaux :

  *   Axe 1. Médiations et médiatisations des féminicides
  *   Axe 2. Émergence et évolution du féminicide comme problème public
  *   Axe 3. Attaques, dévoiements et obstacles aux luttes contre le féminicide
  *   Axe 4. Féminismes en tension : débordements, extensions et négociations autour de la notion de féminicide

We would like to share with you the call for papers for the international conference “Visibility, Struggles and Representations of Femicide: Transnational Perspectives”, organized by GRESEC<https://gresec.univ-grenoble-alpes.fr/> and the UNESCO Chair in International Communication<https://gresec.univ-grenoble-alpes.fr/chaire-unesco>. The full call for papers, thematic axes, and submission guidelines are attached. Proposals may be submitted in French, English, Spanish, or Portuguese. The submission deadline is Monday, 20 July 2026.

We welcome contributions from the field of Information and Communication Sciences and, more broadly, from the Social Sciences and Humanities, addressing issues related to femicide in regional, transregional, national, or transnational contexts. These issues may emerge and be examined within a variety of social fields (health, politics, education, communication and media, the arts, etc.). Contributions should be aligned with one of the following thematic axes:

  *   Theme 1. Mediation and Media Coverage of Femicide
  *   Theme 2. The emergence and evolution of femicide as a public issue
  *   Theme 3. Attacks, distortions of and obstacles to the fight against femicide
  *   Theme 4. Feminisms in tension: shifts, expansions and negotiations surrounding the concept of femicide
