To post a message to all the list members, send email to all-staff-l@mailman.ucalgary.ca.

Subscribing and Unsubscribing to all-staff-L

Once you are hired at the university and issued an email address, or you provide us with an alternate email address, you are added to the university’s mailing list specific to your job classification.

Communications are only sent to lists that are approved and deemed appropriate as University Business. These communications are relevant to you and may contain important information you should know as a university employee.

You can not be removed from this mailing list as long as you are employed in this classification. Should you feel you are incorrectly subscribed or should no longer be subscribed please let us know your email address, full name and Empl. ID number issued to you. You can email this information to hr@ucalgary.ca or call 403-220-5932.
