Reimagine what your classroom can look like and how student learning can happen at the Taylor Institute for Teaching and Learning.  <http://em.ucalgary.ca/HO0000g08CBqDN30KvL00eG>Our learning spaces are available for University of Calgary instructors who wish to conduct a university course-based inquiry project into teaching and learning.

Flexible, technology-enriched learning studios
The Taylor Institute's learning studios are fully flexible with mobile chairs, tables and whiteboards that can be arranged in any configuration. Touch-enabled screens catalyze group work and student engagement, while user-friendly teaching stations can be used to facilitate knowledge creation and sharing. Our learning spaces will accommodate 30 to 120 students. 

Supporting inquiry into student learning
The Taylor Institute's learning spaces support experimentation and inquiry into different teaching and learning approaches. Instructors who teach in the space are asked to evaluate — formally or informally — the impact on student learning, and share what they learn with the University of Calgary community.
Application Deadline: Friday, February 17, 2017  
Instructors are asked to complete a brief application outlining how they intend to use the space, how student learning will be enhanced, and how they will evaluate the impact on student learning.
