[SU CLUBS] Clubs News: Clubs Week!

Greetings Clubs!


This mini-update is to give you a quick rundown on ClubsWeek, ClubHub 101, and clubs lockers:


  *   The table allocations for Clubs Week are now online<https://www.su.ucalgary.ca/programs-services/students-union-clubs/>.
     *   Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday are fully booked.
     *   Rules for Clubs Week are posted on the ClubHub event<https://suuofc.campuslabs.ca/engage/event/129482>.
  *   Lockers are nearly all occupied! There are a small number of half-sized lockers left in Clubs East and a handful of quarter-sized lockers in Clubs West. Request yours with this form<https://suuofc.campuslabs.ca/engage/submitter/form/start/13634>.
  *   Thank you to everyone who has already attended ClubHub 101! Sessions continue to run tomorrow and pick up again on September 24-27, with a session at Foothills on Sept 23. Find details and RSVP here<https://suuofc.campuslabs.ca/engage/events?categories=844>.
     *   Club executives do not have to attend the same session. Please remember to send a total of two executives to any session and make sure to sign in for all of the clubs you're there representing!


We appreciate your patience with the ongoing changes in the Clubs Office. A new CSO has been hired and will be starting next week. We appreciate your patience while we train and orient them during this busy time of year.



If we haven't gotten to your email, request, or form, we apologize. We will reply to all of your emails, review all of your forms, and answer all of your questions as soon as possible. Your understanding and patience is appreciated as the entire SU Student Services and MCEC team works to manage the gigantic volume of early-September clubs requests!
