APEGA Professional and Leadership Skills Development Events



Rapid Resume Reviews



A virtual event focusing on reviewing and providing feedback of students’ resumes by 8 professional volunteers, including HR representatives and professionals from various industries, this allows the students to gain valuable knowledge and feedback on how to perfect their resume. This event will take place on November 18, 2020 from 5:30 – 6:30 and 6:45 – 7:45 PM.

Speed Mock Interviews



A virtual mock interview with 8 professional volunteers, including HR representatives and professionals from various industries. Professionals will ask a question, listen to the answer, and provide feedback to help students improve their interview skills and provide them with some valuable tips that will be highly beneficial in the future. This event will take place on November 26, 2020 from 5:30 – 6:30 and 6:45 – 7:45 PM.

Cover Letter Workshop

An in-depth presentation developed to shed light on some of the key aspects to be focused on when writing your cover letter and how to impress your future employer. This virtual event will take place on November 16,2020 from 5:30 – 6:30.
