[ENCI-l] Grad Rep and Yearbook Rep Applications

[Students in Civil Engineering Undergraduate Program]

Hey Everyone!

Are you looking to get involved with planning our grad and/or yearbook for the Class of 2021? ESS & CEUS are looking to fill the spots for Civil Grad Rep and Civil Yearbook Rep this year!

GRAD REP INFO:
This rep would be a part of the ESS Grad committee which consists of the VP Internal of the ESS, One Grad Director, and representatives from each department council. Responsibilities include:

  *   Assisting in the organization of the Graduation Banquet;
  *   Inviting professors from their departments;
  *   Producing a historian video for their department (TBD);
  *   Aiding in advertising and logistics.

YEARBOOK REP INFO:
This rep would be a part of the ESS Yearbook committee which consists of the VP Communications of the ESS, Publications Commissioner, and representatives from each department council. Responsibilities include:

  *   Acting as a liaison with between graduates,
  *   Advertising grad photos (TBD);
  *   Obtaining names of graduates & compiling a graduate mailing list;
  *   Verifying that faces match the names in the yearbook;
  *   Attending weekly (or bi-weekly meetings, TBD);
  *   Helping design the yearbook;
  *   Getting a “Message from the President” (A wholesome message from your department’s Council President congratulating the graduates, approx. 500 words);
  *   Obtaining pictures from various events (past and present) to commemorate the graduates’ years at Schulich to fill in the yearbook.
