[ENCI-l] Attention: All 4th and Final Year Expected Graduates - Winter 2020

[Students in Civil Engineering Undergraduate Program]

This message is directed to all 4th/final year students planning to apply to graduate and finish degree requirements by the end of the Winter 2020 term. Congratulations - you're almost done!

1)      Please review all important dates and deadlines in the Convocation checklist (found here https://www.ucalgary.ca/registrar/graduation/apply), and follow the steps to apply to graduate.

2)      Before connecting with an advisor, please first review your Academic Requirements (AR) Report.  This can be found through your Student Centre>Program and Advising Info>My Academics (bottom of the page)>Academic Requirements.

3)      If you wish to have your AR report updated with any pre-approved substitutions or equivalent courses, please email engginfo at ucalgary.ca<mailto:engginfo at ucalgary.ca>.  If you know our office has been included in the approval, it is not critical for the AR report to be updated.


4)      Grad Checks done in November will mean we can get back to you before end December and help avoid the January rush.


5)      If you see another issue, please email engginfo at ucalgary.ca<mailto:engginfo at ucalgary.ca>, or book a phone or in-person appointment with an advisor through https://success.ucalgary.ca/home.htm.

6)      If you require a Visa letter, please note there is now a fillable form available on the ESC D2L>Content>Forms>Post Graduation Work Permit Program (PGWPP) Graduation Letter Form.
