Below is the Schulich Wellness schedule for the week of October 15th. All activities are free for SSE students, faculty, and staff and take place in ENA 06. Go to SchulichTime.ca<https://events.ucalgary.ca/schulichwellness/> for more details and to register

Wednesday, October 16:

-          Meditation 11:15-11:45 - This is a drop-in class so you don't have to commit to the full half hour. Just drop in and leave as you please. No fitness clothing required.

-          Yin Yoga 12:05 - 1:00 - Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga as asanas are held for longer periods of time

-          Holistic Ways of Well-Being 3:00 - 4:00 - Join facilitator Whitney Ogle from Student Wellness Services to hear about different methods of well-being

Thursday, October 17:

-          Stress Management 11:00 - 12:00 - Join facilitator Adrianna Cooper to hear about what stress is, how it affects you, and ways to manage it.

-          Special Event: Play mini-golf in the EN Atrium from 11:00 - 2:00 as part of UFlourish Week. Sink your putts and complete wellness challenges for a chance to win a great prize!

-          Nidra Yoga 12:10 - 12:55 - Nidra yoga is an immensely powerful meditation technique. Rest comfortably in savasana and be guided through the five layers of self. No fitness clothing required.

Friday, October 18:

-          Jazzercise 12:00 - 1:00 - Grab your ankle warmers and work up a sweat with Robyn from Active Living!
