The University of Calgary Student Chapter of the Institute of Transportation Engineers invites you to become a member of the ITE Student Chapter.
By simply replying to this email (uofcite at gmail.com<mailto:uofcite at gmail.com>) with your interest you will receive information on the future events (workshops, seminars, industry mixers, competitions etc.) where you will have great opportunities to expand your network with the industry and improve knowledge and skills related to transportation engineering. Membership is free!

Following is the mission of UofC ITE Student Chapter for those who are interested more about the student chapter.
"The purpose of this Chapter shall be to promote the advancement of transportation and traffic planning and engineering profession by fostering the close association of students with the profession and ITE; to acquaint students with topics of interest in transportation and traffic planning and engineering through the medium of competent speakers and Chapter-sponsored trips; to foster the development of professional spirit; to promote common interests among students and to encourage the expansion of facilities for transportation and traffic planning and related engineering studies."
