[ENCI-l] Graduation Banquet Tickets

Hello Graduating Engineering Students,

Hopefully midterms are treating you well and the success (or failure) of your design project has you in the mood to celebrate, because the engineering graduation banquet is fast approaching! We still have tickets available so please join us March 19th at the Hyatt following the Iron Ring Ceremony for a banquet dinner commemorating your last 4+ years. Tickets are $80, and are available for purchase until Friday, March 2 at 3pm. Fill out the following link to reserve your ticket, and pay before the deadline in the ESS office with cash or cheque.

Following the Graduation Banquet there will be an after-party at Knoxville's! Each ticket bought for the Graduation Banquet comes with a free ticket for the after party. These can be picked up in the ESS office starting February 29, or at the banquet.
For those of you who are in the mood to join me partying all night, hotel rooms at the Hyatt can be booked under our group booking with the following link. The cost starts at $119 per room, and buses will be available to shuttle from the Hyatt to Knoxville's and back.

Finally, for those of you who have already paid for your tickets an email confirmation should be mailed to you on Monday. You will not need to bring physical copies of your tickets to the banquet, so once you receive this email you have everything you will need.
