[ENCI-l] Grad Banquet Ticket Sales begin Monday February 22nd at 9:00am.

The Graduation Banquet will be held on March 19th, 2016 (the evening of the Iron Ring Ceremony) at the Hyatt.

Tickets are $80 each and go on sale on Monday February 22nd, 2016 at 9 am in ESS ENE 132). (We have 1100 tickets and they sell out within the first 3-4 days!)

Payment (cash/cheque) must be made no later than 3pm on Friday February 26th, 2016.
Missing the payment deadline means your tickets will be released –no exceptions since this is a very high demand event!

Students will initially be able to purchase a maximum of 4 tickets. If more are required, please inform ESS at time of purchase.

Tickets on hold will be released on Monday February 29th, 2016 (you will be contacted.)
•
TICKETS ARE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE ONLY- THEY ARE NOT GUARANTEED.
•
Tables seat 12 people. Please inform ESS which graduating student(s) you would like to sit with. (A form to purchase tickets will be available on ESS' D2L and Facebook pages next week - so please keep an eye out for it. )

If a preference is not mentioned, you will be seated with your department.
