[ENCI-l] ACADEMIC - ENCI 643: Masonry course

ENCI 643 - Structural Masonry Design is now open for registration in the
winter semester.

Although timetabled from 3-6 on Thursdays, only 90 min of lecture will be
held at this time with 1 hr of tutorial time to follow.  an additional 1 hr
of lecture will be held on Wednesdays at 9:30 am (not shown in the
timetable).
Note to undergraduate students:  Fourth year students will be permitted to
take this course subject to the required approvals by Drs. de Barros and
Duncan.  Note that since the course has been timetabled in conflict with
ENCI 570, a time conflict form must also be signed by Drs. Lissel and Shrive
however this arrangement has been pre-discussed and therefore the approvals
are merely a formality.

Any students intending to register in the course should attend the first
lecture on Thursday Jan 10 or email Dr. Lissel (sllissel at ucalgary.ca) so
that she will know how many textbooks (Free) are required.
