[ENCI-l] CLUB: Civil International Trip Meeting - Rome, Italy

Hi All,

 

The civil international trip meeting will take place on Wednesday, October
10th in ENF 304 at 5:30pm. This meeting is mandatory for those who wish to
take part in the trip to Rome, taking place from May 1st to 10th.

 

Topics of coverage in the meeting include:

*	Sign up and selection process
*	Eligibility requirements
*	Rough itinerary
*	Approximate trip cost and potential funding sources
*	Trip payment schedule

Please note that students who apply for this trip will be required to submit
a $250.00 deposit during the week of October 15th to secure their spot on
the trip. More information regarding this deposit will be provided in the
meeting.
