[ENCI-l] ACADEMIC: New section of ENGG 481 running in Fall 2012

Dear Students,

 

We are pleased to advise that we are planning to run ENGG 481 Technology and
Society not only in Winter 2013 but also in Fall 2012. We already have an
instructor who agreed to teach this course but we will need to have
sufficient enrolment in order to be able to justify running it in fall.

 

ENGG 481 is scheduled as follows:

 

Fall 2012:

Lecture 01: Mondays 18:00-20:30 

Seminar 01: Wednesdays 18:00-19:15  

 

We are inviting third and fourth year students to register as soon as
possible. However, we also suggest that you keep your registration in ENGG
481 in winter or in any of the replacement STAS courses until it can be
finalized that we do not have to cancel ENGG 481 in fall for low enrolment.

 

We apologize for the late decision and short notice and ask you to show your
interest by enrolling immediately. In case there is insufficient enrollment
we will be forced to cancel it, which has to happen on September 7th, the
last business day before the official start date of the fall semester.
