TO ALL GRADUATING STUDENTS:

 

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

SPRING 2012 IRON RING WORKSHOP AND CEREMONY

 

 

We would like to inform you that the sign-up and ring sizing for the Spring
2012 Iron Ring Workshop and Ceremony will begin on Monday, February 6th,
2012 at the Engineering Undergraduate Studies Office (ENC 204). Please note
that this ceremony is only for undergraduate students who will have
completed their degree requirements over the SPRING, SUMMER or  FALL
semesters 2011.

 

The sign-up will be available until Friday, March 2nd, 2012. The ceremony,
workshop and luncheon will be held on Saturday, March 24th, 2012, at The
Calgary TELUS Convention Centre, 136 - 8th  Avenue S.E., Calgary.

 

If you are unable to sign-up in our office, the following information can be
emailed to us at engginfo at ucalgary.ca so that we can sign on your behalf:

 

1.	Name (how you would like it to appear on your certificate) 
2.	Whether you will attend the luncheon and / or workshop 
3.	Ring size (you can go to any jewelry store to have your
pinkie/little finger sized) 
4.	Student ID number 

 

Please also remember to apply to graduate via your PeopleSoft Student
Centre.  Deadline is Feb 1st, 2012.
