[ENCI-l] Energy and Environment Trek

To all engineering students:

 

 

"The Energy and Environment (E&E) Trek is an opportunity for students who
are interested in the energy industry. 40 students and ISEEESA team members
will journey to the downtown core by bus on November 8th, 2010 to visit
three industry headquarters. Students will have the opportunity to network
with industry professionals and get a sneak peek into a day in the life of
an employee in the energy field. 

For the November 2010 trip, the three companies will are Enbridge,
TransCanada, and Suncor! 

Apart from signing up, attendees will also need to make a $10 refundable
deposit in order to confirm a spot for the E & E Trek. Deposits can be given
to the ISEEESA office (Scurfield Hall Club's Trailer) on the following
Dates: Tuesday Nov 2 from 10:00-12:00 & 2:00-4:00, and Thursday Nov 4 from
10:00-12:00 & 3:00-4:00. Alternatively, e-mail Dan at dwthomps at ucalgary.ca
or Mike at tranm at ucalgary.ca to arrange an alternate time/location.
