STUDENT JOBS 101

 

The Petroleum & Energy Society (PES) will be hosting its first event on
Monday October 4th. Thomas Labelle will be presenting on the application
process for summer, internship and new grad positions. This will include
cover letters, resumes, interview skills and more importantly how to set
yourself apart as an applicant! There will also be presentations on what
student positions are like in the oil & gas industry, including both in the
field and in the office.

 

So, if you are not sure how to apply for a job, get a job when you lack
experience or succeed in an interview, this session is for you! Also, bring
along your resume and cover letter if you are interested in getting some
feedback on how to improve it.
