[ENCI-l] FALL Iron Ring Ceremony

To all graduating students:

*Important Announcement: FALL Iron Ring Ceremony*

We would like to remind you that the sign-up and ring sizing for the 
FALL 2010 Iron Ring Ceremony will begin on *Monday, October 4, 2010* at 
the Engineering Undergraduate Office (ENC 204). Please note that this 
ceremony is only for undergraduate students who will have completed 
their degree requirements by the end of *December 2010.*

The sign-up will be available until *Friday, October 26,  2010*. The 
ceremony, workshop and luncheon will be held on *Saturday, November 13, 
2010*, at the Telus Convention Centre.

If you cannot make it to our office, you can phone or e-mail us with the 
following information so that we can sign on your behalf:

   1. Name (how you would like it to appear on your certificate)
   2. Whether you will attend the luncheon and / or workshop
   3. Ring size (you can go to any jewelry store to have it sized)
   4. Student ID number

Please also remember to apply to graduate via your PeopleSoft Student 
Centre.
