Montacier International Inc. is looking to hire a project coordinator 
(field engineer if possible) for our construction project in Calgary at 
the "SAIT". They have a contract with PCL&SAIT to fabricate & install 
all structural steel element / misc. steel & decking on the 4 new building.

 

This position would start mid August 2010. Once this project complete, 
they have other projects in Western Canada that will require project 
coordinators/project managers.

 

Functions;

 

_Project Coordinator_;

    * Follow extras $$ on site
    * Follow the fabrication problems on site (Fabrication is done in
      Quebec)
    * Follow the installation deficiencies
    * Work with superintendent for 2 week ahead schedule
    * Work in collaboration with Project Manager (Head office)
    * Safety Orientation (New Employee)
    * Other Etc...

 

 

Requirements;

 

    * Structural steel knowledge
    * Can read structural drawings
    * Good communication skills (emails, etc...)
    * Structured with documentation
    * French spoken is an advantage but not required

 

Salary to discuss.

 

They need someone quickly.
