TO ALL 4TH/5TH YEAR ENGG STUDENTS

 

Dear Graduating Students,

 

The Iron Ring ceremony and Graduation Banquet will be held on March 13, 2010
and the banquet will be held in the evening at the Telus Convention Centre.

 

Tickets for the 2009 Graduation Banquet go on sale Monday, February 22 in
the ESS Office (ENE 132)for $60 each, cash or cheque. To ensure that all
graduating students have a chance to attend, there is a limit of 4 tickets
per student for the first week of sales.

 

On Friday, March 1, students may purchase additional tickets based on
availability - however please inform us when you are buying initial tickets
that extra tickets are needed.

 

In order to be seated with specific people, please buy all tickets together
or make sure you tell us who you want to sit with when you buy your tickets
(tables can sit up to 10 people)
