TO ALL ENGG STUDENTS:

 

Good Morning Engineers,
 
Just a reminder that tomorrow, PES is hosting part 2 of its O&G 101
Sessions. You need to become a member in order to attend and participate in
a draw from prizes. You may either pick up a membership package from ESS or
at the door of the 101 Session. A $20 membership fee is required, but it
will gain you full access to all of our events.

What: 3 educational 20 minute learning series focusing on exploitation of
resources during the life of a well

ConocoPhillips - Exploration / Exploitation Engineering 
What do Exploration Engineers do? - Identifying new plays, technologies
involved, proof of the resource, and more!
 
Shell - Completions Engineering
What do Completions Engineers do? - Packers, sleeves, rock mechanics,
perforations, horizontal wells, and more!
 
Talisman Energy - Drilling Engineering
What do Drilling Engineers do? - drilling fluids, drilling bits, casing
design, rig types/equipment, and more!
 
Where:  MacEwan Student Hall - Bianca Room 
When: February 4th, 5:30 - 7:00 PM
Food and Beverages will be provided!

There will also be a draw for prizes, so if you are a PES member please be
sure to show up!
