As you can see from the email below, the current situation in Haiti is
generating a lot of questions amongst students of all ages.  If any of you
can help Ms. Gordon at Acadia School, it would be most appreciated!

I teach grade 3 at Acadia Elementary. As part of our structures unit in
social studies, my students are about to engage in an inquiry about why the
buildings in Haiti collapsed and how they could be rebuilt to better
withstand further earthquakes. I was wondering if you might know of a
student who would be interesting in working with us on this inquiry?
