[ENCI-l] Civil Undergraduate International Trip 2010 (open to 3rd/ 4th year students)

Attention Civil Undergraduate Students,

As I am sure some of you have heard, there will be an international trip 
once again this year. Last years trip to San Fransisco was a success and 
we hope to pull off a successful trip again this school year.

The current destination this year has been selected as New York City; 
however, things are subject to change. The time frame would be May 1st - 
May 7th, 2010.

Important: (this is just to see who is interested, an official 
application form will be sent out a later date) - unfortunately students 
on internship cannot apply for this trip!

If you are interested in going to NYC, please email 
civil.trip.2010 at gmail.com <mailto:civil.trip.2010 at gmail.com> and include 
the following information:
- name (last, first), ID number
- civil undergraduate year of study (3rd or 4th)?
- are you available from April 30th - May 7th, 2010? (yes/ no)
- do you have a valid passport for the April 30th - May 7th, 2010 
period? (yes/ no)
- did you attend the San Fransisco trip last year? (yes/ no)
- are you going on any Schulich school funded trips in 2010? (yes/ no; 
if yes, describe trip)
- do you have money remaining in your Schulich Activity Fund? (Amount - 
if known)

Lastly, I need to fill the following positions on the 2010 Trip 
Committee (all team members will help assemble Schulich Activity Fund 
application):
- accommodations coordinator (1)
- event planner/ coordinator (2)

If interested in a position, please apply by emailing the committee at

the following information (deadline September 22nd, 2009 11:59pm):
- name (last, first), ID number
- civil undergraduate year of study (3rd or 4th)?
- position applied for?
- experience/ involvement in trip planning?
- did you attend the San Fransisco trip last year? (yes/ no)

** NOTE: Successful applicants will be notified of their received 
position after application deadline. **
