To ALL Engineering students:

Join the Solar Car team!

If you are looking for an exciting hands on project, this is your
opportunity! We are currently working on designing and building our third
car, which will be raced across North America in 2010 and Australia in 2011.

We are looking for people to join our electrical engineering, mechanical
engineering, race logistics/drivers and business teams. No prior knowledge
or experience is necessary, just be prepared to have lots of fun.

Opportunities on the electrical engineering team include: Batteries/Battery
Protection System, Electric Motor, Array/Solar Cells, Instrumentation
Opportunities on the mechanical engineering team include: Aeroshell
Production, Chassis Design and Production, Suspension and Steering
Opportunities on the race logistics team include: Safety, Ideal Speed
Calculations, Radio Management, Weather Analysis, Driving, Convoy Training,
and more

For more information please join us in ICT 121 on May 30 at 11am for a brief
presentation, followed by food and drinks and the opportunity to see the
previous solar car in action.
