"Western Robot Games Competition Call for volunteers"

Hi engineering students,

Are you looking for some volunteer opportunities or something fun to do
after EXAMS are OVER? 
The IEEE Western Robot Games Competition is looking for some volunteers to
help us out with logistics the day of the competition.

When: May 2, 2009 @ 10-2PM (depending on your volunteer position, different
time might apply)
Where: ICT main floor (ICT 114 and 116)

These are the positions during the games that we need filled.

1. Registration booth: 2 at any time.

2. Ring Runners:   4 (shuttling information to head judge from competitions
)

3. Security:  4 (to watch over bullpens)

4. Main organization table:  2

5. Truck (Rented panel truck) Driver(s) on Friday & Saturday nights (May 1 &
2, 2009) from and to the Aerospace Museum: 2

6. Other duties during the day, setup and teardown: 6

Total volunteers needed 15-20
