[ENCI-l] International Trip Director Needed!

This past January the Civil International Trip visited San Francisco,
partaking in exciting trips such as visits to the Alkatraz prison, the
Berkley University Earthquake research centre, and San Francisco Science
centre (to name a few).

This exciting trip was organized by a dedicated committee of students
working with the Civil Engineering Undergraduate Society (CEUS).

We need an enthusiatic and dedicated student to take on the role of
International Trip Director for the 2009-2010 school year.
You'll be required to:
- organize meeting with a comittee and students attending the trip
- plan destination and travel time, as well as activities at that
destination
- apply to SSAF funding
- give updates to the CEUS
- coordinate a Faculty advisor

All of the above will be done with the help of a great international trip
committee, as well as the guidance of last year's trip director.

Ideally, a third or fourth year student (in 2009-2010) should fufill the
role. Please contact ceus at ucalgary.ca if you are considering fufilling the
role. If you have questions, please contact us so we can get you in
conversation with last year's director.
