[ENCI-l] Students wishing to apply for or change their engineering program

TO:     STUDENTS WHO WISH TO APPLY FOR OR CHANGE THEIR ENGINEERING PROGRAM

 

 

 

This is VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION for students who are currently registered
in Engineering who:

 

*	will be applying for a second year program within the Schulich
School of Engineering  for Fall 2009

 

*	want to change their program within Engineering (i.e. change from
Mechanical to Chemical), except Current Manufacturing students who wish to
switch to Mechanical because of the discontinuance of the Manufacturing
degree

 

*	want to apply for an Engineering Minor (i.e. Structural) or
Specialization (i.e. Biomedical)

 

*	want to apply for the MEED Minor 

 

 

*PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT A CHANGE OF PROGRAM ONLINE IN PEOPLE SOFT.* We have
our own internal process for program placement and change of programs within
the faculty.  

 

Information will be sent out by the Undergraduate Studies Office within the
next few weeks with detailed information on the process you will need to
follow when applying for programs within the School.   

 

If you have already submitted an application in People Soft, please go back
into the system and cancel the application request.  

 

 

**The above information does not apply to students who wish to transfer out
of the Schulich School of Engineering or wish to add a joint degree or minor
outside of the Engineering Faculty.
