TO ALL ENGG STUDENTS

 for the high school orientation. I am a third year Mechanical Engineering
 student enrolled in the Energy and Environment specialization. I am 5 foot
 11 inches, black hair, and can grow a pretty good beard. That's just a
 little information about myself. This event is very important to our
 incoming high school students, and as you may recall, is a high school
 student's first look into engineering.

> This year the event will take place on Saturday April 4th, 2009. This is a
 full day event which invites future UofC engineers to come spend a day at
 the school to learn about engineering and familiarize themselves with the
 Schulich school through various events that will occur throughout the day.

> This year we need to make the experience even more fun than previous years
 and try and attract a large number of students to come out and
> participate. There is a lot of work that needs to be put in to organize
 this type of event and I am calling on anyone who wishes to get involved
 and take on a committee role to come to the first general meeting this
 Friday. There will be room for lots of other volunteers on the day of the
 event, such as Prize Patrol, Group leaders and Floaters.

> If your interested in a committee role please come out this Friday
 February 6th to CCIT 209 at 2pm. The meeting should last no longer than 1
 hour.
