[ENCI-l] Important information for graduating students

Graduating Students:

You have received an email from the Convocation Office notifying you 
that you need to see an academic advisor to ensure that you are on track 
for graduation. *PLEASE NOTE*: You will need to meet with your program 
director *IF, AND ONLY IF*, you have any concerns about whether or not 
all of your requirements will be met. You are not required to submit 
"proof" of your eligibility;  there are no forms that you need to 
complete, have signed, or submit to the department, faculty or 
convocation office.

Check your own program in Degree Navigator. *_If it looks like you're on 
track to complete requirements, you do not need to do anything._*  If it 
looks like there are problems, meet with your program director to get 
clarification.
