[ENCI-l] ERRORS IN FINAL EXAM SCHEDULE -- IMPORTANT INFORMATION

TO ALL ENGINEERING STUDENTS,

There have been errors made with scheduling the final exams for the
following courses, as only the first lectures have exams scheduled:

ENGG 201 - there are 6 lectures (Lecture 2-6) need to be scheduled an exam
ENGG 233 - there are 6 lectures (Lecture 2-6) need to be scheduled an exam
ENGG 311 - there are 4 lectures (Lecture 2-4) need to be scheduled an exam
ENGG 317 - there are 4 lectures (Lecture 2-4) need to be scheduled an exam
ENGG 407 - there are 3 lectures (Lecture 2-3) need to be scheduled an exam

The Undergraduate Studies Office is working with the registrar's office to
appropriately fix these issues.

At this time, PLEASE REFRAIN FROM MAKING TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS, as the Exam
Schedule may change to accommodate all missing lectures AND there is also a
possibility that this may effect upper year exam schedules.

Please forward any questions that you may have to the Undergraduate Programs
Office at 220-2947.
